Domestic Shipping (USA Only)
At this time, CLE Guitar Works ships within the United States only. We’re a small, independent operation, so every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your wiring harness arrives safe and sound.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Most orders are built-to-order and tested before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and the method selected at checkout. If you’re in a rush or have a specific need, feel free to reach out — we’ll do what we can to help.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service (USPS, UPS, etc.). We’re still evaluating the most reliable carriers for our products, so this section may evolve over time.
We recommend choosing a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance, especially for higher-value items.
Order Issues or Lost Packages
Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, CLE Guitar Works is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items. However, if something goes wrong — let us know. We’ll do our best to assist and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes after the order has been submitted.
International Shipping
We are not currently offering international shipping. When we do begin shipping worldwide, we will update this policy to reflect additional delivery timelines, customs/duties, and consumer protections (including applicable EU regulations).
