Ordering & Payment

 


★ All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

★ We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

★ Payment is due in full at the time of purchase — no exceptions.

★ Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If it’s already shipped, see our Return Policy.

Product Use & Installation

 


Our wiring harnesses are pro-level components built for experienced users. While we offer support, you are responsible for proper installation.


We are not liable for any damage caused to your instrument from improper soldering, wiring, or handling.


If you’re unsure about the installation process — hire a qualified guitar tech. We know a guy.

Shipping & Delivery

 


★ We currently ship within the United States only.

★ Shipping times are estimated but not guaranteed — once it leaves our bench, it’s in the carrier’s hands.

★ We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Use insured shipping if you’re nervous about it.

Returns & Warranty

 


We offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled harnesses.

Custom-built orders are final sale unless defective.

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Electrical shorts or other issues caused after shipping

  • Damage to your guitar, amp, pedalboard, or emotional wellbeing

Governing Law

 


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Geauga County, Ohio.
